Bigstone Road Acquisition (Q3 2022)

CRR foundational transaction is the acquisition of the Bigstone Road Complex from a Canadian intermediate liquids-weighted producer. CRR now owns, operates and administers the Bigstone Road. This 64 km high grade network servicing the Duvernay and Montney plays in Alberta has more than 50 users governed by Master Road Use Agreements and addendums issued thereunder.

BRC Road Acquisition (Q1 2025)

Our second transaction is the acquisition of the BRC Road from Tidewater Midstream & Infrastructure Ltd., a midstream company. The BRC Road is a 60 km high grade network located in Brazeau County, Alberta and services operators working largely in the Cardium formation.

East Exit Road Acquisition (Q2 2025)

Our third transaction is the acquisition of 24 kms of the East Exit Road from Sequoia Resources Corp. and other vendors. This CRR’s first transaction in the Clearwater region in northern Alberta, a key area due to its long term grown and partnership potential.

Seal Lake and East Chip Roads Acquisition (Q4 2025)

CRR acquired the Seal Lake Road and Chip Road from Islander Oil & Gas Inc. This 53 km road network, located east of Peace River and north of Slave Lake, Alberta, primarily services Islander’s Chipmunk project. It also provides westward access for third party operators active in the Seal, Slave Lake and Nipisi areas developing the Clearwater, Bluesky and Pekisko plays.

Berland and Home Creek Road Acquisitions (Q2 2026)

CRR has acquired a 90% working interest in the Berland Resource and Home Creek Road from ANC Timber. This marks CRR’s first strategic partnership in the forestry sector.
